4. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement. All fees are exclusive of any government fees, taxes, or third-party costs which may arise during the process. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. However, we may disclose information when required by law or when necessary for processing your application with the relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Citiverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or any communications or transactions with third parties.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms outlined in your specific contract. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees for services already rendered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
